Beautiful day for gardening. Finally got everything in now.

Work done, time for some fishing .

And kittens of course.

And supper prep.

And loafing.

The Night For Fish.

I think there was a lot of inspiration from Ryan’s success Friday night!

These two didn’t do much fishing.

Jewel’s first catch was a pretty nice size.

Levi caught several but wasn’t close enough for a good picture.

#2 for Josh. I was chatting with Echo way across the pond between catches – see the black speck at top right? That’s Echo .

Josh’s third catch got thrown back before I could get to it.

This was Josh’s fourth catch and by far the biggest of the night. He was so excited because he threw in his line without baiting it – just for the fun of it, he said. What a surprise to get this whopper! He said it was pretty hard, but he got it in by himself. Great job, Josh!

and her third, which was bigger than it looks. Its tail is flipped up. Great job Jewel!

Back home to give kittens some attention.

And a few s’mores around the fire before beds.

And the boys had a good trip to Utah. Thankful to hear they got there safely and are having a great time.
