My garden is a lovely crop of grass this summer, and Dad & I are enjoying every square inch of it. It is the best crop of grass we've ever grown 😊
Beside the hog-shed-turned-chicken-coop-turned-garden-shed, I have a few flowers, a single cherry tomato plant, and this basil which smells absolutely amazing and which I have been harvesting and drying.
Sarah planted these sweet potatoes and vinca and roses for me beside the red shed; oddly enough I have completely enjoyed weeding (not much of it to do) and watering (pretty often as it's been a dry summer) and watching them all grow.
Monday night, kids came over to help Dad tear out some sod so it's ready for Russ to come and lay pavers or do some other such landscaping.
Gotta feed the workers, yknow.

A few came after performing in Ruth: the Musical which Dad & I went to see Saturday evening. It was EXCELLENT.
