Last Sunday, May 20, we celebrated Grandpa and Grandma Kaiser’s 65th wedding anniversary with a family dinner party at the Morton fellowship hall.

First, a family picture. If I counted right, we are 76 strong. Only 4 were missing from the picture: Lucas & Chelsea, Joel, and Kevin (who came later).

After the family picture, we did a fun game where everyone lined up in the order he/she came into the family..

Started out pretty simple.

Around the time the greats started showing up, it got kind of foggy. Hard to remember the order of grandkids’ spouses and great-grands!

Last few were certain: U. Mike, Ellis (not pictured), and Lucy.

Inside for delicious meal planned by A. Marj and A. Marcia. They went to a ton of work and it was delicious.

Special to have U. Earl & A. Glenna with us.

After dinner, Jolynn & Timothy led an interesting interview with Grandpa & Grandma.

Kids were asked to play a few songs.

Time to visit after the program was over. Kiowa was intrigued with her newest second cousin.

We were with Steiners for Mother’s Day at U. Dave’s.

Audience for Monday morning baking jobs.

Productive day.

It’s kitten season!

Monday was the day of the Big Wind which pulled the trampoline right apart from its anchor

A very able crew righted it.

Only damage was a ripped net which I have since fixed.

And then same crew finished installing Dad’s birthday present.

On to Tuesday. Graduation party for Kaitlyn and the 10th annual Meadowview Christian Academy open house.

Congratulations Kate. On to ICC!!!

Wednesday was another kids ‘n kittens day.

Then a little crowd at Dave’s Lake.

Thursday we got to meet a new cousin: Ellis Jane Kaiser. She’s a keeper

Sarah held her the longest but I forgot to snap a picture !

Friday was Alliyah day.

And was fun to have a few Kochs here too for awhile.

Great to see this hauled to the burn pile on Saturday morning!!!

Saturday morning work then Saturday afternoon play. A beautiful day for the lake.

And that’s it for last week.
