Routine Friday morning, kind of, except that cleaning jobs were abbreviated; most tasks centered on packing for Michigan. Boys milked like normal, then were home to do chores and get the outside ready for us to be gone. Dad went to work in the morning and Levi went to the Great Chili CookOff, but they were both home soon after lunch. We hit the road a little after 1:00, and after a safe and mostly uneventful drive, arrived at Jason & Carrie’s around 9:00 which was 10:00 their time. The one notable event was our exit off an interstate entrance ramp at a completely stopped traffic jam – I have never done that before (exit an interstate using an entrance ramp). It was pretty interesting and only a little nerve-wracking. Anyway, got here, kids to beds, talked with Jason & Carrie some, and beds for us too. Thank You Lord for keeping us safe as we drove.

I agree! Backing up a entrance ramp is some-thing I've never done!
