If you have named the name of Jesus, If you’re known as one of His;
Remember that the world is watching To see how your vict’ry is.
(Chorus)
What you are speaks so loud That the world can’t hear what you say;
They’re looking at your walk, not list’ning to your talk, They’re judging from your actions ev’ry day.
Don’t believe you’ll deceive By claiming what you’ve never known;
They’ll accept what they see and know you to be, They’ll judge from your life alone.
Walk worthy of your holy calling, Bring praise to His blessed name,
Lest he, thro’ you should be dishonored, And your deeds should bring him shame.
(Chorus)
Your life may be a life of vict’ry, If yielded to Him alone;
Your work the Master said shall prove you, And by it you shall be known.
(Chorus)

This was another song the men sang last night – sobering words. I woke up with the melody on my mind and it was there all morning…which is not a bad thing – it’s a beautiful song with words I need to consider more often.
Boys didn’t milk at all today; Levi was at Precision 8:00-4:00 and Jesse was here studying. The rest of us did routine school, jobs, play, etc. Very windy walk after lunch – I could hardly walk in a straight line. Home to finish school meetings, check emails, catnap, make potpie for supper (Yummm), and read to littles. After supper, Dad and I walked before we all listened to an archived sermon; little ones (especially Josh) still aren’t fit for church – hopefully by Sunday we’ll all be good to go again. TakeAway from the evening’s sermon was the verbal picture of the unsaved on the edge of a massive cliff; satan has them blindfolded and they don’t know they’re one step away from eternal death. Oh that ALL would believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved from that awful fate…we all need to share the good news of salvation by our words and actions; as well, we need to fervently pray that ALL the unsaved would take off their blindfolds in time to see and repent.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Beds for all, and that’s it; good night.
Good to remember, and a good picture! Thanks for your spiritual encouragment and lessons so often nicely woven throughout your blog. I love you! Carrie
