New truck? Not hardly…
Whew what a week. Makes my head spin to think about it, so I won’t.
But see, last night was the night to get the hay from U. Jerry’s hayfield by CIT. Well the truck quit and had to be towed to Mike’s Garage where it sits.
And the hay didn’t get got last night.
So Lucas let us borrow his truck to bring the hay home tonight because there’s a 40% chance of rain tomorrow…
Supervisor.
More supervisors.
Jacob…
gave the bale to Levi…
who gave it to Jesse who gave it to Dad who gave it to Tori and Kate who shoved it into position. At 100+ pounds each bale, there’s not much else they could do with them.
Hot job!
Old straw got hauled out.
Work done, time for some fun.
Bright flash!
Stars were beautiful, and we saw a few satellites too. Plus an airplane.
Awesome.
Josh was so quiet while we were stargazing; every little bit I’d ask him if he was awake. He usually said, “No!”
Sweet dreams, sweet ones!
