Next year’s strawberries are coming along nicely in spite of the constant cool cloudy weather.
Before supper, Levi took Jacob, Kate, and Ben on another mushroom hunt. They were again successful. Morel mania magnifies!! A co-worker told Levi that his wife saw some at a store somewhere for sale - - for $45.00 per pound! They ought to be good if they’re worth that much, right?!
They don’t look like much, but there they are – the wild delicacy of spring. I’m definitely not crazy about them, but the rest of the family is, so I’m glad they found some.

Josh is such a little scrapper. Jacob was provoking Jesse who immediately retaliated…and Josh jumped right in the game, giggling up a storm. So cute!
