Saturday morning was busy with various kitchen and cleaning tasks for girls and CIT for Dad and Josh. I think Ben worked. At noon Dad & I met my siblings in Morton for lunch; thankful we could spend a little time with UJeff's who were down for the weekend. That evening then we all (minus a few kids who were at yg) gathered at UDave's for a wiener roast on a beautiful but very cold evening. Littles had a great time in the playhouse Aaron made when we was about 12.

Calmer
As fun and blessed as last week started out, it was nice for a few calmer days after all grandkids were back home. Dad & I had time for a quick walk before church Wednesday evening.
So pretty.
God's creation is so beautiful.
Thursday. I have no px. Girls to their jobs, school with Josh, and catch-up here. Then I took Josh to work at URandy's hog farm. He did a good job cleaning the hog buildings, much like his four older brothers did when they were his age.
Friday, October 14. Much the same as Thursday except en route to URandy's, Josh and I saw a couple bald eagles; I went on to Hopedale for cattle feed then. Coming home, I saw another (the same?) bald eagle!
Forgot to mention it was super windy. Headed to pick apples and found this 😲😥😩
Many were bruised and were delegated to the cider crate; some were ok and deemed ok for the dehydrator.
Sarah had a sweet Harry helping her💗
And a sweet Ellis too.
Meanwhile. Jewel was babysitting a few cutests while Echo had a follow-up appt.

And that evening Jesse's blessed us with a visit while the kids' lake bonfire got moved to the basement because it was rainy, cold, and windy.
Saturday. With a freeze forecasted, we wanted all apples in so they wouldn't freeze. Jewel helped me clean off about five trees.

Meeting Skye
Sarah stayed at Levi's until late Tuesday morning with KFJ; meanwhile, Jewel went to work and Josh was a great help with Jason & Travis.
JT think Brandi's name is "No, no" because she gets told that often😆. And I kinda forgot, but it was a rainy day.
Big helper.
The crowd grew when Sarah got here with three more cutests.
Glad I had help. That's a very precious and very sweet and very busy crowd of kids.
And it was rainy and cold all day.
I ran out of baby beds and Sarah was pretty tired, imagine that, so Sarah and Jasper napped together.
Then Dad & I took a few excited kids to meet their new baby sister.
Driving home in rain. Clearly Jasper enjoyed his mnm's😏
#blessedmess
Jason&Travis were glad to see Jesse&Lucy after supper; they stuck around awhile then collected all their stuff (well, almost all😁) and headed home.
Then a Bible story.
Then beds for three kids.
Then beds for a Very Tired Grandpa and Grandma.
Wednesday morning.
Jewel & Josh got to meet Skye when we took KFJ home although KFJ weren't too excited to share their baby. She is very loved💕
