Low in the grave He lay
Jesus my Savior!
Waiting the coming day
Jesus my Lord!
Up from the grave He arose
With a mighty triumph o'er His foes
He arose a Victor from the dark domain
And He lives forever with His saints to reign
He arose! (He arose)
He arose! (He arose)
Hallelujah! Christ arose!
Vainly they watch His bed
Jesus, my Savior!
Vainly they seal the dead
Jesus my Lord!
Up from the grave He arose
With a mighty triumph o'er His foes
He arose a Victor from the dark domain
And He lives forever with His saints to reign
He arose! (He arose)
He arose! (He arose)
Hallelujah! Christ arose!
Death cannot keep his prey
Jesus, my Savior!
He tore the bars away
Jesus my Lord!
Up from the grave He arose
With a mighty triumph o'er His foes
He arose a Victor from the dark domain
And He lives forever with His saints to reign
He arose! (He arose)
He arose! (He arose)
Hallelujah! Christ arose!
Up from the grave He arose
With a mighty triumph o'er His foes
He arose a Victor from the dark domain
And He lives forever with His saints to reign
He arose! (He arose)
He arose! (He arose)
Hallelujah! Christ arose!
So maybe this post should've been before the wedding px; but it is what it is. We were blessed with a beautiful weekend start to finish, and the Easter service Sunday morning was such an awesome reminder that our God is alive! He overcame death and the grave so that we could also live victoriously in Him, Hallalujah!
After the reception, a few kids came for Easter dinner (not the traditional ham or whatever but who's counting?) and a relaxing evening.
Grandpa was dozing, and Skye was so cute playing with his hand 😍
Ok, so she's just pretty cute no matter what...

Thus concluded a very busy but very blessed weekend!
